Any issues related to product or service should be brought to the notice of diaper boutique within 2 days of the purchase.
Returned will be only be accepted due to a manufacturing error. Returns should be brought to our store and replacement to be collected and if the replacement to be couriered, courier chargers will be applicable to be paid by the customer.
A full refund will only be provided in the event of a manufacturing error and needs to be communicated within 2 days from delivery date. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item.
All refunds will be processed within 07 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which diaper boutique will not be responsible.
In the event of change of mind, the returns and refunds will not be acceptable since returns and refund are solely for manufacturing error.
